Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings. We pro-rate everything.
Is there an annual option?+
Yes. Pay annually on Basic or Premium and you get two months free — the equivalent of about 17% off. Contact our team and we'll set it up on your account.
What counts as an active rental?+
A rental agreement that is currently out — draft and completed agreements do not count against your plan limit, so your full history stays accessible.
What's included vs. an add-on?+
Everything in the comparison table marked with a check is included in that plan. Items marked "Add-on" are available for an additional fee, and Enterprise includes them by default.
